Which of my employees can sign up for APHT's plans?
Employees must meet hourly and residency requirements to qualify for APHT’s plans.
We love our employees too! There are some rules around who can (and who can’t) sign up. Here’s what you need to know:
For an employee to be eligible to participate in APHT’s plans, they must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- The employee meets the hourly requirements for eligibility
- The employee is a Louisiana resident
Newly eligible employees have thirty (30) days from their eligibility date to enroll in APHT plans. If your new employee is outside the thirty (30) day window, they’ll have to wait until the next annual enrollment period.
