You can review your Explanation of Benefits from your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana (BCBSLA) account.

As APHT's TPA, BCBS of LA manages all of your claims and benefit information. To review your EOB, access your BCBS of LA account.

Don’t have an employer account with BCBSLA? Visit their website to create a new account. Here’s how to access an existing BCBSLA account or to create a new BCBSLA Account:

1. Visit BCBSLA
2. In the upper right corner, click “Login/Register”
3. You'll be redirected to Login Selection. Please choose the account you’re trying to access. As an employer, you’ll want to access your employer account by logging in with an existing BCBSLA Employer account or create a new Employer account.
4. Once logged into your Employer account, you can view information about your group.
