What is APHT's fulfillment policy?
Policy Delivery
APHT policies are delivered after an initial binder payment has been made. Depending on the payment method, confirmation of binder payment may take up to five (5) business days.
APHT's Third Party Administrator, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana (BCBSLA), is responsible for generating and delivering all policy documents in accordance with your preferred method of delivery. If any documents require a signature, we will facilitate obtaining your signature prior to the release of any policy documents.
If you have not received your policy documents within five (5) business days of the initial binder payment, you can contact BCBSLA's customer support team at help@bcbsla.com or 1-800-495-2583.
Refund policy
Groups are entitled to a fifteen (15) day “free-look” period, during which time groups are eligible for a full refund if they elect to cancel their policy, and no claims have been made during the “free-look” period.

Disputes
If you wish to dispute a payment, please write to payments@aphtrust.com or contact (985) 317-2255. To initiate a review, APHT requires the payment ID, reference number, and charge amount.
APHT will review the request and return a decision within five (5) business days.
